Duane “Duke” Manyweather knows football. And he knows how to make football players great.

As the founder of OL Masterminds (OLM)—an elite, immersive training program for offensive line players—he is on the field every single day helping some of the most promising college and pro athletes take their game to the next level. Since its inception in 2018, OLM has built a proven track record of producing top NFL draft picks. These stellar results have created buzz throughout the league, and led to extensive waiting lists for a coveted spot in the program.

Each year in July, Duke also brings together current and former players, coaches, decision-makers, and partners for the OLM Summit. The Summit is where past and future legends of football can discuss the strategic innovations shaping today’s offensive line—and how those strategies are changing the face of the game.

At the latest OLM Summit in July 2026, Game Ready was invited as a sponsoring partner. We couldn’t think of a better fit. It isn’t just that our recovery technologies are already widely used at the college and professional level. There’s a synergy of purpose: keeping players on the field, doing what they love.

Training the Whole Player

A longtime strength coach and powerlifter himself, Duke knows it’s not enough to focus only on the physical. It’s a frame of mind and a deep understanding of how each member of a team operates on the field that gives athletes the competitive edge. Players can’t rely only on endless drills and hours in the weight room.

But football is a physically demanding sport. Many of the athletes who come to the program have been playing football for years, Duke said in a video about the history of OLM, and the wear and tear of it shows on their bodies. He makes it a point to have players in the program think not only about getting their first contract, but planning for the second, the third, and beyond.

“Our main three tenets are: mind, body, and craft,” Duke says. “Being able to recover and create longevity within those—that’s where a partner like Game Ready fits into those things.”

We Are Fans, Too

At the 2026 OLM Summit at OLM headquarters in Frisco, TX, Duke invited Game Ready Senior Product Manager Tony Schuster to speak. But it was very likely the players present already used Game Ready and knew what it does, so Tony decided not to go with a clinical or sales presentation.

“This is an opportunity to partner with people and organizations in a way that’s more than a supplier,” he said.

Because at Game Ready, being a sports fan also means caring about our favorite athletes as full, complete people—not just figures on a screen or on a field. We want them to have long, successful careers. We want them to succeed.

“Who are you once the jersey comes off?” Tony asked the crowd of more than 250 people, including some of the OL’s best and brightest. “You’re the man that football has been building you to be this whole time. Football is preparing you for the next 40 years, not just the next four quarters.”

That’s a sentiment Duke agrees with completely. “We want to advance our initiatives,” he says, “but what matters is how many leaders we’re building. In order to effectively develop, you have to effectively lead.”

Here at Game Ready, we’re honored to support OLM as it shapes future generations of star players and community leaders.
